We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail  within  30 days of purchase. See below for exceptions.

Returning an item with us couldn't be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have up to 30 days from when your order is delivered to exchange or return.

For US customers, a free of cost shipping label will be emailed to you on all approved exchanges & returns. 

To create a refund, just simply email us at with your order confirmation. Once your order  request is eligible for return, you will be sent an email with confirmation and shipping instructions.
We will then send you an email to notify that we have received it, and confirm your return. If you are approved, we will refund your original method of payment once the item is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to appear.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original tags & packaging. Please note that customized orders aren't eligible for returns. We will not accept any returns if these requirements have not been met.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 If for any reason there is any issue with the final product, just let us know and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

To create an exchange, simply go reach out to us at we will cover all shipping charges for exchanges or store credit.

After we receive the returned goods ,We will reimburse You no later than 14 days . We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

The Goods were not used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We offer free returns in US only.  

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
